Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request and ship a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@dupper.co. We will provide full return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include your order number or other clear identification inside the package so we can match the return to your order.

Return shipping requirements (DDP)

All returns must be shipped using a tracked service, and the tracking number must be emailed to us once the parcel has been dispatched. The customer is liable for any costs associated with the return, including shipping.

Returns sent from outside the EU must be shipped using a DDP method (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all return shipping costs, import duties, VAT, and customs fees must be paid in advance by the customer.

We cannot accept parcels sent DDU or with unpaid charges. Any duties, VAT, or customs fees billed to us will result in the return being rejected and the return cannot be processed.

International returns can be costly due to customs and tax rules, so we recommend checking the total charges with your courier before sending the parcel.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We also reserve the right to withhold any transaction fees incurred if an order is cancelled before shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
